You can order them but they will not play on american dvd players or computers. They are a different type of dvd.
I would suggest trying a Video store that is NOT a chain (like Hollywood and Blockbuster). A smaller one that specializes in Foreign or Art Films. They probably have them to rent and you can maybe have them order you a copy.
