They are all good!
Depends on what mood you are in.
Wicked - good all around.
Phantom - dramatic
Avenue Q - funny (remember "the Internet is for porn")
Les Mis - Historic
Little Shop - Fun
They are all so different. I would see all of them anytime. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Gee I think that was the best answer ever!
What show should I go see at the theatre??the grand theater opera theater
Wicked or Phantom. Newbie or classic
WICKED
Depends on your preferences.
Wicked is a favorite among all age groups. I love it. It's the highest grossing musical for the past year, that in itself should tell you something. See this one, you wouldn't regret it. The music, the story line, the set and props, the costumes, everything is great. I think it would be a while before this will be made into a movie, if ever.
Phantom of The Opera - just watch the movie, it's almost the same to the broadway show.
Same with The Producers, Chicago and Rent.
Les Miserables, my favorite, has amazing musical score. Watch it if you can. But if you want to have a fun evening, go to Wicked.
Avenue Q - Reminds me of Sesame Street or South PArk. Won the 2004 Tony for Best Musical. But it's for mature audiences since it talks about love, sex, money, race, sexual orientation etc. There are singing puppets and human actors. The setting is Avenue Q, New York City. $46.25 - $101.25
My Recommendation:
Kids - Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Mary Poppins, Wicked, Tarzan
Teens %26amp; Adults - Wicked, A Chorus Line, Rent, Jersey Boys, Les Miz
SPAMALOT!!!!
The best thing to hit the west end in years... It as so funny I almost soiled myself. Worth every penny...
It all depends on what kind of music you like,
if you are big on classical stuff, you may want to see Phantom or Les Mis,
If you like more "poppy" kind of stuff you may want to see Wicked or Avenue Q.
Also, do you want comedy, drama or a mix of both?
Phantom and Les Mis are dramas, Avenue Q is a comedy and Little Shop and Wicked are mixes of both.
WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has some of the best music I have ever heard and has a very interesting plot line. I would jump at the chance to see it.
All are good options but out of all of them I'd say go see:
Les Miserables - if you want to see a classic musical - it's a timeless masterpiece
Avenue Q - if you want a good laugh
